Happy Monday, Friends!
It’s already August and t-minus 3 weeks until the fall semester starts. I actually can’t wait to go back, but know once I do that means less time on the blog, and less time cleaning. Ah! For those of you who don’t know, I am an interior design major and decided to go back to school last year after taking a long break after HS. Needless to say, I’m really looking forward to my textiles class this year!
Since I am such a romper (and now jumper) enthusiast, I am sharing yet another similar look! This strapless black jumpsuit is seriously the perfect work to night look, and since it’s one piece, easy to style. Just throw on a blazer for work (and maybe even flats depending on your preference and work environment).
I shared a striped off the shoulder jumper a few posts back that was more of a casual and laid-back style. This one has a lot more structure, and the black color makes it work appropriate and a bit dressier. The tailored leg also gives it a more put-together and business look. I love that it has a skinny leg but is not at all tight.
Also, it has pockets. Enough said.
I love a statement necklace with a strapless top or dress because it really frames it and makes it stand out. If you want something a bit more subtle, though, you could always swap the statement for a pretty pendant necklace.
The exact jumper (also available in blue) is linked below as well as my pink/nude pumps. I also linked some similar bags and jewelry as well as other blazer options.
